April Showers Bring ...

... May Flowers

April showers bring May flowers,

That is what they say.

But if all the showers turned to flowers,

We’d have quite a colourful day!

There’d be bluebells and cockleshells,

Tulips red and green,

Daffodils and Chinese squill,

The brightest you’ve ever seen.

You’d see tiger lilies and water lilies,

Carnations pink and blue,

Forget-me-not and small sundrop

Glistening with the dew.

We’d have fireweed and milkweed,

And many more different flowers.

Mexican star and shooting star

Falling in the showers.

And if all the showers turned to flowers,

On that rainy April day,

Would all the flowers turn to showers

In the sunny month of May?

Well, we'll be on the road headed out for Spring Break in less than two days! There is MUCH that must be done before our trip, so we'll not take a lot of time to Blog for now.

However, we'll do our best to snap a few pix while we're gone and post them, along with a 'newsy' Blog by this time next week! Trust you'll all have a splendid SpRiNgY week and weekend ahead! God Bless...

CAUTION! Church Construction Ahead!

We will not be able to post as normal this week. This is due, to the fact that Greg and I are involved and directing a renovation project, at Church. We are moving S.S. Classes around, transferring the Kidz Konnect Office to the other side of the building, we will be painting 2 of the Classrooms, along with the new Kidz Konnect Office, we will also be placing carpet in 2 of the classrooms, etc., etc. This task will keep us extremely busy for the rest of the week... we have a deadline of THIS Sunday, March 1st, to complete the work! We will be back to our normal posting by this time next week, the good Lord willing! (By the way, we are taking volunteers... if you are a "local" and are interested in assisting, please contact myself or the Church Office. *SMILE*) We look forward to getting back on track with our Blog next week!
